A little bit about me...
My name is Patrick Flaven, I first started selling real estate in 2004 when it was quite a different market. You can say I’ve seen both extremes going from a buyers market to a sellers market which we are in today. I’m excited to come on board with Amicone & Associates and plan to continue my focus on new construction and helping buyers and sellers navigate this market whether it is a first-time home purchase, looking to sell your home or even relocating from another state.
